Banooba is back in the studio working hard on what will be their third studio album and first with singer Jason Murden. Producing the album are Steve Haigler (The Pixies, Fuel, Skid Row) and Mike Watts (Saliva, Adelita's Way) of VuDu Studios. While an official release date has yet to be set, the guys are hoping to have it out some time in late winter/early spring.

Banooba is excited to announce they will be headlining Sullivan Hall, one the best rock clubs in NYC. Banooba will be performing a full length show for your listening pleasure. Come on down and get your groove on! It's going to be a PARTY!!!

SO, WHAT’S THE GREAT SOUTH BAY MUSIC FESTIVAL?
The Great South Bay Music Festival is the largest three day, "American Themed" music, art & cultural family event on Long Island. Featuring over 45 musical artists on 3 stages, and presenting top name, as well as local up & coming artists in contemporary & classic rock, jazz, jam-band, country, folk, zydeco, funk and all types of American music.

Ladies and Gentlemen. We would like to take this time to introduce the newest member of Banooba, Jason Murden.

We are extremely excited about this collaboration. Jason joined us for our yearly pilgrimage to St. Croix after only playing together for 8 weeks. We would like to wish Ryan the best and thank him for all the good times and accomplishments we have experienced together!! Such amazing times! Of course we don't ever want to see anyone leave Banooba or the Banooba family, we respect and fully support Ryan's decision to move on from the band.

I know that there has been alot of talk out there and the truth is I am no longer Banooba's singer. I wish the rest of the boys in the band nothing but the best. I hope that they continue with the same energy and showmanship that they have always shown. It has been a true privilage to be on the stage them and, in that, I experienced some of the best moments of my life. I thank all of the fans for being incredible and helpful people. This band would not be where it is if it weren't for you. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Music brought us together once and I'm sure it will bring us together again. Thanks for everything.
